酸氢钠注射液碱化尿液可以减少 CIN 发生，本研究应用了更便捷、副作用更小的碳酸氢钠

片联合水化治疗。最终研究结果是该方案在患者围手术期肾功能改善、预防造影剂肾病发
生方面起到了很好的作用。限于单中心、样本量较少等不足，希望未来进行多中心合作、

大样本的研究进一步证实。
