精细化管理对静脉用药调配中心药品及耗材管理的

效果分析

【摘要】目的：探讨精细化管理在静脉用药调配中心药品及耗材管理中的应用及效果。方法：

选取我院 2018 年 7 月~12 月配置的静脉药物处方（n=18627 组），为对照组，实施常规管
理，2019 年 1 月~6 月配置的静脉药物处方（n=18531 组）为观察组，实施精细化管理，观

察两组不同阶段不良事件发生率、库存管理质量。结果：与实施精细化管理前相比，实施精

细化管理后在拆零阶段（1.02‰）、摆药阶段（0.31‰）、配置阶段（0.10‰）、退药阶段

（0.10‰）的不良事件发生率、库存种类、库存面积、物品整理用时显著低于对照组，两组

数据比较差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：运用精细化管理对静脉用药调配中心药品

及耗材管理，可有效降低不同阶段的不良事件发生率，提高库存管理质量。

Effect analysis of fine management on effective management of drugs and consumables in

intravenous drug dispensing center

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application and effect of fine management in the effective

period of drugs and consumables in intravenous drug dispensing center. Methods The intravenous
drug prescriptions (n=18627 groups) allocated from July~ December 2018 in our hospital as control

group, carried out routine management, and intravenous drug prescriptions (18531 groups) from

Januay ~ June 2019 as observation group to implement fine management, the incidence and

management quality of adverse events in different stages were observed. Results Compared with

the implementation of fine management, the incidence of adverse events, the type of inventory, the

area of inventory, the time of finishing were significantly lower than those of the control group

after the implementation of fine management in the dismantling stage (1.02‰)、the dispensing stage

(0.31‰)、the configuration stage (0.10‰)、 the drug withdrawal stage (0.10‰) and the data of

the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Using fine management to

manage the effective period of drugs and consumables in intravenous drug dispensing center can

effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in different stages and improve the quality of

inventory management.
