                    康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合全视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病


                                性视网膜病变伴黄斑水肿患者的临床效果

                   【摘要】目的:分析康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合全视网膜激光光凝(PRP)治疗糖尿病性视

                   网膜病变伴黄斑水肿患者的临床效果,为今后临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:选取我院 2017

                   年 09 月-2020 年 11 月收治的糖尿病性视网膜病变伴黄斑水肿患者 114 例,对照组(n=57)

                   应用 PRP 治疗,观察组(n=57)应用康柏西普玻璃体腔注射后 1 周行 PRP 治疗,治疗后按

                   需 PRN 康柏西普玻璃体腔注射,比较治疗前、后黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度、眼压水平及最佳

                   矫正视力。结果:两组患者治疗后最佳矫正视力均较治疗前有显著提高,治疗后眼压较治疗

                   前明显降低,黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度均薄于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察

                   组患者治疗后眼压水平明显低于对照组,黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度薄于对照组,差异均有统计

                   学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后最佳矫正视力提高幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义

                   (P<0.05)。结论:康柏西普玻璃体腔注射联合 PRP 可进一步促进糖尿病性视网膜病变伴

                   黄斑水肿患者黄斑水肿的改善,提高视力。

                      Clinical effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with total retinal laser
                                 photocoagulation in diabetic retinopathy with macular edema


                   [Abstract] Objective: Analyze the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined
                   with panretinal laser photocoagulation (PRP) in the treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy

                   and macular edema, and provide a reference for future clinical treatment. Methods: A total of 114

                   patients  with  diabetic  retinopathy  and  macular  edema  who  were  admitted  to  our  hospital  from

                   September 2017 to November 2020 were selected. The control group (n=57) was treated with PRP,

                   and the observation group ( n=57) PRP treatment was performed 1 week after the application of

                   Conbercept  intravitreal  injection,  and  PRN  Conbercept  intravitreal  injection  as  needed  after

                   treatment, comparing the thickness of foveal retina, intraocular pressure level and the best correction

                   before and after treatment vision. Results: After treatment, the best corrected visual acuity of the

                   two  groups  of  patients  was  significantly  improved  compared  with  that  before  treatment.  After

                   treatment, the intraocular pressure was significantly lower than before treatment. The thickness of

                   the fovea of the  macula was thinner than before treatment, and the difference was statistically
