The PPI network of the overlapping DEGs was generated. The network contained 130 nodes

and 125 edges (Figure 4A). The 10 genes with the highest scores in the PPI network were hub genes,

including HSPA8 (score = 17), SRSF1 (score = 15), NDUFAB1 (score = 14), PTEN (score = 11),
CCT8 (score = 11), HIST1H2BK (score = 9), HIST2H2BE (score = 9), DLAT (score = 9), EIF3G

(score = 9), and WAC (score = 8) (Figure 4B; Table 3).
