3.3. Construction of TF-gene, miRNA-gene interaction networks
From the NetworkAnalyst website, the TFs and miRNAs of overlapping DEGs were predicted,
65 TFs and 369 miRNAs were obtained, and TF-DEG and miRNA-DEG interaction networks were
constructed. In the TF–DEG interaction network, FOXC1 and GATA2 were regulated by many
DEGs (Figure 5A), and hsa-miR-93-5p and hsa-miR-17-5p interacted with numerous DEGs (Figure
5B).
