本研究仅初步探讨了锁骨下动脉蹼样改变的超声特征，对其概念、病因、组织病理学、流行

病学、诊断及鉴别诊断、临床意义及治疗和管理策略等一系列的问题有待进一步的研究和探
索。

综上所述，锁骨下动脉蹼样改变的超声表现具有一定的特征性，超声可作为锁骨下动脉
蹼样改变筛查的首选方法，有一定的临床应用价值。
