[Abstract] Objective: To understand the abnormal thyroid function of healthy people who came to

our hospital for physical examination, and to provide reference for reducing the occurrence of

thyroid diseases. Methods: Part of the patients who came to our hospital for physical examination

from January to August 2022 were selected as investigation objects, and the data of thyroid

examination and laboratory thyroid function test were collected, and the abnormal thyroid function

was statistically analyzed. Results: Among 401 healthy subjects, 17 cases with abnormal thyroid

function were detected, the detection rate was 4.2%. The detection rates of hyperthyroidism

(hyperthyroidism), subclinical hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism and subclinical

                   hypothyroidism were 0.5% (2/401), 2.2% (9/401), 0 (0/401), 1.5% (6/401), respectively. The

detection rate of subclinical thyroid disease (3.7%) was higher than that of thyroid disease (0.50%).

The difference was statistically significant (X2=96.209, P<0.05). The positive rate of abnormal

thyroid function was 1.5% (6/401) in males and 2.7% (11/401) in females, which was significantly
