白内障超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗白内障相关的闭角型

青光眼患者的效果分析

【摘要】目的：分析白内障相关的闭角型青光眼治疗中行白内障超声乳化联合房角分离术的

临床疗效。方法：收集 2019 年 8 月-2021 年 8 月本院收治的 90 例白内障相关的闭角型青光
眼患者，分作两组，对照组 45 例予以白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除手术，观察组 45 例予以

白内障超声乳化联合房角分离术，对两组的眼部指标、角膜荧光素染色、眼表疾病指数、并

发症发生情况进行比较。结果：术后 2 周、1 个月时，观察组的中央前房深度高于同期对照

组，而 BCVA 与眼压水平则低于同期对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的角膜荧光素染色评分低

于同期对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的眼表疾病指数低于同期对照组（P＜0.05）；术后 1 个

月内，观察组中的并发症发生率是 6.67%，低于对照组的 22.22%（P＜0.05）。结论：白内

障相关的闭角型青光眼治疗中行白内障超声乳化联合房角分离术的临床疗效显著，可改善患

者眼部指标、角膜荧光素染色及眼表疾病指数，并且降低并发症的发生率。

Efficacy Analysis of Cataract Phacoemulsification Combined with Goniotomy in the

Treatment of Cataract-related Angle-closure Glaucoma Patients
[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of cataract phacoemulsification combined

with goniotomy in the treatment of cataract-related angle-closure glaucoma. Methods: 90 cases of
patients with cataract-related angle-closure glaucoma were admitted to our hospital from August

2019 to August 2021 were collected, divided into two groups. 45 cases in the control group were

received cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy, 45 cases in the observation

group were received cataract phacoemulsification combined with goniotomy. The ocular indexes,

corneal fluorescein staining, ocular surface disease index, and complications were compared

between the two groups. Results: At 2 weeks and 1 month after operation, in the observation group,

the depth of the central anterior chamber was higher than the control group, while the levels of

BCVA and IOP were lower than the control group(P<0.05). In the observation group, the corneal

fluorescein staining score was lower than the control group in the same period(P<0.05). In the

observation group, the ocular surface disease index was lower than the control group in the same

period(P<0.05). Within 1 month after surgery, in the observation group, the complication rate was
