2.3 Comparison of adverse reactions in the examination of the two groups of subjects
The two groups of subjects had different degrees of adverse reactions during the examination,
mainly including belching, nausea, cough, and throat discomfort. The adverse reactions of the
subjects in group A were significantly less than those in group B, and the difference was statistically
significant between the two groups (P<0.01, see Figure 4). Among various adverse reactions, the
incidence of nausea in group A was lower than that in group B, and the difference was statistically
significant (P<0.05, see Table 4), while for other adverse reactions such as belching, cough, throat
discomfort, restlessness and suffocation, there was no significant difference between the two groups
(P>0.05, see Table 4).
