【摘要】目的：基于合理用药点评系统，探讨中成药处方点评干预对促进中成药合理应用的
效果。方法：利用合理用药系统对我院中成药进行全处方点评，选取 2021 年 7 月-9 月处方

点评干预实施前的中成药处方为对照组，2022 年 7 月-9 月干预实施后的中成药处方为观察

组。在实践中，通过建立中成药处方的点评细则，制定处方前置的审核规则等干预措施，比

较干预前后中成药不合理用药情况，以评价干预效果。结果：观察组中成药处方不合格率为

0.11%，较对照组中成药处方不合格率 2.38%显著减低（P＜0.05）。 结论：基于我院合理用药

点评系统进行中成药处方点评干预后，提高了我院中成药合理用药水平。

[ABSTRACT] OBJECTIVE：To explore the effect of prescription comment and intervention on

promoting rational application of Chinese patent medicine based on rational drug review system.

METHOUDS：The rational drug use system was used to evaluate the complete prescriptions of

Chinese patent drugs in our hospital. Chinese patent medicine prescriptions before the

implementation of prescription comment intervention from July to September 2021 were selected

as the control group, the prescription of Chinese patent medicine after the intervention from July to

September 2022 was selected as the observation group. The irrational of Chinese patent medicine

prescriptions in the two groups was compared by establishing the prescription comment rules and
