                         包埋盒打印机在降低常规病理切片出错率中的应用

                   【摘要】目的:探讨包埋盒打印机对常规病理流程的应用的影响。方法:选取 2019 年我院

                   病理科未使用包埋盒打印机时的蜡块 304 例,2020 年引入包埋盒打印机后的蜡块 315 例,
                   对比引入包埋盒打印机前后书写蜡块号的差错率。结果:使用包埋盒打印机前的 304 例组

                   织蜡块中,有 10 例出现字迹模糊或有更改痕迹,引入包埋盒打印机后的 315 例蜡块组织

                   中,仅有 2 例出现差错,二者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用包埋盒打

                   印机后,能够降低因人为书写的字迹不清晰、剐蹭导致后续制片工作及蜡块归档出现的偏

                   差,降低病理制片的出错率,同时还节省时间和人力,进而提高病理切片的质量。

                      Application of embedding box printer in reducing the error rate of routine pathological

                                                         sections

                   Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of embedding box printer on the application of

                   routine pathological process. Methods: 304 wax blocks without embedded box printer in the

                   pathology department of our hospital in 2019 and 315 wax blocks after the introduction of

                   embedded box printer in 2020 were selected. The error rate of writing wax block number before

                   and after the introduction of embedded box printer was compared. Results: among the 304 tissue
                   wax blocks before using the embedding box printer, 10 cases had blurred handwriting or change

                   marks. Among the 315 tissue wax blocks after introducing the embedding box printer, only 2

                   cases had errors. The difference between the two was statistically significant (P < 0.05).

                   Conclusion: the use of embedded box printer can reduce the deviation of follow-up production

                   and wax block archiving caused by unclear and scratched handwriting, reduce the error rate of

                   pathological production, save time and manpower, and improve the quality of pathological

                   section.

                       病理诊断作为诊断疾病的“金标准”,伴随着医学逐步进入精准医疗的时代,病理诊断

                   也逐渐过渡到精准诊断 ,同时也将开启数字病理的新时代。精准诊断的前提是制作出染
                   色优良的病理切片,然而在常规病理切片的制作过程中,病理技术人员对切片质量的要求

                   更多侧重于切片的薄厚,红蓝对比度等,往往忽略了组织蜡块上的病理号是否清晰的问
