【Abstract】Objective To analysis the sensitization spectrum of common inhaled and food
allergens for respiratory allergic diseases in Mentougou area of Beijing，and explore the safety of

domestic skin prick test ( SPT) reagent and Intradermal test reagent. Methods A total of 16

kinds of inhaled allergen reagents were used to conduct SPT and 20 kinds of food allergen

reagents were used to conduct Intradermal test in patients with suspected or definite respiratory

allergic diseases ( allergic rhinitis，allergic asthma，and allergic rhinitis with asthma) who

visited our clinic or ward from January 2018 to October 2021.The safety of domestic reagents

were observed and evaluated．Results A total of 4775 patients were conducted in Intradermal

test，4513 patients were conducted in SPT. The positive rate of Intradermal test is 52%

（2483/4775），The positive rate of SPT is 26.3%（1187/4513）；The top 5 inhaled allergen

positive rates were indoor dust29.78%（1422/4775），summer and autumn pollen I 28.06%

（1340/4775），Dermatophagoides farinae 23.54%（1124/4775），Dermatophagoides

pteronyssinus 21.42%（1023/4775），Kochia scoparia20.52%（980/4775）；The top 5 food

allergen positive rates were sea crab13.87%（626/4513），shrimp10.15%（458/4513），
peanut9.75%（440/4513），soy9.57%（432/4513），wheat4.45%（201/4513）.The positive

rate of Intradermal test and SPT decreases with age. Patients with respiratory allergic diseases

often combine a variety of substances allergy. Aside effect ( AE) was observed in 7 patients，the

severity of the adverse reaction was all level I. Conclusion Among the common allergic diseases

in Beijing，weed pollen and tree pollen are the most common allergens． The inhaled allergens

are mainly dust, pollen and Dermatophagoides．The food allergens are mainly seafood，nut and

wheat. The main allergens have not changed significantly in the past 4 years. Domestic allergen

reagents are safe and can serve the clinic well.
